Business Models
Project based / Fixed bid model:
In this model we will take up complete projects, take care of the complete project management, follow the software quality process and deliver the final project to the customer. There will be a fixed charges and fixed time frame for the project. Once we complete the project we will handover the complete source code to the customer. Adroit has innovative project co working models which help in the effective completion of projects.
Time and material model:
In this model Adroit’s engineers co-work with the customer’s software engineering team at customer’s location. Customer will pay per month/per engineer cost to Adroit. Project management will be the responsibility of the customer. Adroit will provide engineers with good attitude and relevant skills to complete the software development.
Offshore development center:
This will be a dedicated software development center for the customer. In this model there will be dedicated software development center that will be established at Adroit’s premises in Bangalore. There will be also onsite engineers from Adroit at customer place. We will have structures that are flexible for customers to have complete control on the software developments.
