Once you decide to hire us, we will assign a project leader, who will become your single point-of-contact for all technical communication with us. We also expect your company to designate a single contact person that Adroit can reach, whenever information or guidance is needed. This method assures that we are always dealing with the same person, which minimizes confusion.

We execute our services in three different engagement models and the choice is left to the client to choose the method that best suits their business need.

We estimate the effort required to complete the documentation needs and present a fixed price for the execution of the complete project. Delivery and quality will be the complete responsibility of Adroit. This is ideal for projects where the scope of the software and deliverables are fixed and are not subject to change. We involve a project manager to oversee the project and deploy a mix of technical writers and deliver the documentation in the agreed time frame. The resources maybe deployed at the client site or at our premises, based on the urgency of the project.

The client is billed, based on total effort put and the number of resources deployed to complete the documentation needs. No estimation will be done initially and this is ideal for projects where the scope of the software and deliverable is not yet fixed and will be in constant flux. The execution of the project will be monitored by a project manager from Adroit. Quality will be Adroit's responsibility, whereas delivery will be a shared responsibility.

If outsourcing is not an option and you are evaluating one or more resources to be associated with you for longer duration of time, we place our resources in your organization on a contract basis. The resources will continue to remain on our payrolls. Delivery and quality will not be Adroit's responsibility. This is ideal if you do not wish to use Adroit's value-addition in terms of quality and management.
